i think it would have been good to prepare attendees in advance that they will need to bring real life examples to the group (sorry if that was done and i missed it) . i think it would be good to say in advance please bring to the session real life examples you have of various scenarios. i think it can be hard to think of good ones on the spot and the team would get more out of some more in-depth conversation or confrontations. maybe went by quite fast to easily absorb all the info but the content itself was useful

It was very involved, many group activities

I would have liked a slightly slower pace in the conditional formatting as I missed a key step.

I knew some of the basics but was surprised at all the different functionality. Christine was very patient and still managed to fit everything in without rushing things. She also included everyone on the course so everyone contributed.

Time flew by because the content was so appropriate and engaging and it was so nice that it was a small group because we really got to let loose, participate and build rapport amongst ourselves as well as with Nicky Stone (facilitator).

I thought it was a great session, learned how to be a better coach.

Gill was very helpful and it was lovely that she set the pace of the sessions at a level that included everyone. She obvisouly knows the software really well and gave me lots of tips to take away and try later on. Thank you Gill.

Very useful training as it gave me a better understanding of using Teams.

Kevin was excellent. Definitely knows how to make a very dull subject interesting, that takes some skill :)
