Excellent course and Facilitator (Nicky), well explained and delivered. Very useful material, and I will definitely be putting these lessons to practice (might take me a while!).

My only criticism is is that each delegate learns at different paces, and also as well it would be good to start course earlier in alot of cases to iron out any IT technicalities/difficulties that course participants may have beforehand, so that this does not get in the way of the 90 minute training, as it eats into the time.
