Very useful training as it gave me a better understanding of using Teams.

I didn't join the course with fixed ideas, I already understand many of the management techniques and it was helpful to consider how these operate when working remotely

Great Trainer, very interactive and engaging

The teacher was very knowledgeable and had a calm, friendly manner. She provided ideas on how to tackle my specific work problems. The online format worked just as well as being in a classroom. In some aspects perhaps it was better, as you didn't have to worry about booking meeting rooms, or sitting in a good position in a classroom to make sure you can view the teacher's screen without obstructions.
