great trainer as always, good pace and thorough

I did not have any knowledge of IF, OR, AND or Nesting so this was full on learning which was great for me. Just need to work out where I will use it.

We were beginners and the pace, patience and expertise of the trainer was spot on - much appreciated!

The course was very to the point, if you have some basic knowledge of Excel then you are able to understand & keep up with the session.

Helped me appreciate how to use Word to get a consistent and professional layout of a document with headings and table of contents; how to update the latter. Also how to create my own style settings.

Really engaging trainers, I have to say I thought it would be quite dull but he made it very interesting and easy to follow. I learnt a lot.
