I really enjoyed the course and I would have like more time.
Excellent tutor and really good session. Gave us time to practise and asked us questions.
For me I don't deal with projects on a regular basis, so the course was maybe a bit too in depth for my needs but always good to learn new things and get to hear other people's ideas etc. I think it would be good to do a half day for some people to look at the basics of project management rather than an intense 2 day course but facilitators great and info given all worthwhile.
Really enjoyable and informative course with a great combination of presenting, tasks and group conversations. Input welcomed, without being forced - which is good if, like me, you are not very confident with public speaking. Covers a number of topics/points and flows nicely. Really great take-aways that I will be able to implement in projects and my BAU.
Found the way Rachael engaged with the whole group worked really well, and enjoyed the mix of typing and speaking our responses to questions. I have never had a trainer do the type, hold, release in the chat function which I really liked.
The course was something that I was not expecting, and because of this did not know what to expect from the course. However going through each step I found it very interesting and helped me to understand the reason I like to look in to the detail of things to find solutions.
Excellent, Suzi is very engaging and knowledgeable. The pace was great, the day flew by and examples are very relatable
