brilliant session, really stretched my thinking as a leader

Cathy was extremely insightful and excellent at picking apart our answers in a way that made us come to our own realisations I learnt a huge amount in a really short time and would definitely recommend it to friends and peers

Fantastic session which challenged all of us to think about what makes a good leader. Well-rounded people facilitates a mediocre outcome, a well-rounded team creates a successful outcome.

Really good, very engaging with lots of activities and tasks. Use peoples personal experiences to learn from very well and was always open to questions and comments.

Had the basic knowledge of this but got some additional tips and tricks which are great :)
