Very energised course with lots of content

Very interesting topics so much so that there was a lot to discus in the break outs and most conversations were unfinished so we clearly all had a lot of thoughts on the topics and a lot to say. Always very participatory.

Great to learn some more techniques and experience them in practice, so you know what it feels like to participate in them (rather than always being the facilitator)

Loved today's session - the structures were super useful and Henry as ever was a kind, welcoming wizard of the Zoom space.

I enjoyed the session, she made sure everyone understands before moving to the next part of the training.

Loads of food for thought this month!

It has been a good start to excel, I learnt something that I did not know before, so definitely worth doing

Great session, really enjoyed the interactivity and the opportunity to practice; also really enjoyed the variety of activities. Nicky was a fantastic facilitator and you can see that she is also a great coach
