Interesting course that focused on behaviour and skills to improve chairing meetings. Course focused on skills you can already identify to build upon and improve - particularly liked this approach.

I felt the facilitator Paul seemed really experienced but also personable. He was confident which put me at ease. He included a variety of ways to engage in the meeting (Jamboard, asking us questions, breakout rooms) and I found this really kept my interest. It went really quickly which is a great thing!

Enjoyed it. Having an opportunity to reflect on what it means to be a Chair, was helpful on many levels. How I approach giving others agency is very important to me.
