The Happy sessions are always a delight to join. Learn by doing and being part of instead of talked at!!

Really good to have the opportunity to focus on this important stuff! I get so bogged down with the day-to-day tasks, that often I don't get the thinking time I need to focus on leadership and how I would like to develop my team.

Trainer was brilliant

I learned a lot in relation to my objectives of improving my communication skills with skills and techniques to improve working relationships and stakeholder management and feel like I now know some great line management techniques so I will be ready when this opportunity comes

Rachel was very good, as a group i think we didnt get as involved this time, but i think that is more to do with how tired we are all feeling and stretched with work
