Thank you Rachael for today's session, I found it really informative and I really likes how interactive the session was. I have had many Zoom meetings and this was by far the most engaging one. Even how you delivered the session has given me ideas I can use within my team.

Really enjoyable. Lots of interesting theory but delivered in a practical and interesting and engaging way by Rachel. Lots of opportunity to interact with colleagues and share. Loved the jamboard - so much easier than fighting for sticky notes and pens and the flip chart as you do on an in-person training course.

Brilliant straight to the point

It was a really good day. We discussed and though about lots of things I want to think about within my team, but that I just don't have the time to do so as day-to-day distractions get in the way. Good opportunity to meet other people within the business. I've got lots to think about from today, and am looking forward to the next one.
