Amazing course, done at a good pace with a very friendly and approachable instructor. I was able to pick up on many useful and practical outlook techniques (that were completely new to me) which I can now apply to my new job.

A very engaging session. A practical delivery which I will find very useful in my job role.

3 hours was just right - it didn't feel too long or too short, and we got to do lots of practical things. I liked that all the exercises also got us to think about how we can improve our skills (serving two purposes - to practice the exercise and think more broadly about improvement). I really appreciated the structure of the exercises and the opportunity to speak and think There were lots of short breaks, helped me concentrate

Overall I enjoyed the pace as it helped to retain attention. It was a little quick at times.

It was too fast in the beginning of the training and it will be good to allow some time for participants to adapt to the speed.
