There was a lot of content to cover but Michael explained everything well and managed the time and technical issues to ensure we all had a productive training day.

The course was really good and interesting I just need to put it into practice has I found it quite difficult but the manual provided is pretty comprehensive so with practice I should be well versed.
I thoroughly enjoyed the topics covered today and look forward to practising them The only thing that if adjusted would be great is if the drop out rooms times were extended
