I was very anxious about excel Sal opened my eyes and showed how simple things can be done with a little effort.

Excellent training and very knowledgeable trainer. I was a bit apprehensive beforehand about how it would work online, but the trainer was very patient and involved everyone.

I enjoyed Sal's method of teaching, it was logical, yet patient and caring. Sal made sure to let us know if there was a shorter, easier way to do what we were doing. The class was very well set out, and went smoothly

This session in particular has been my favourite as it touched on a more personal level as opposed to just work and it really helped bring things into perspective. In particular, stopping and taking the time out to appreciate those and things around you as life is short and you only get one shot at it so taking the opportunities and being grateful for it all is a big one.

The course made me think about everyday things which I normally neglect to pay attention to. It re-affirmed some of the choices in my life and some changes I should consider.

I found this session very thought provoking. A lot of the content made me reflect on both personal and work topics. I think it's helped me to reframe :) some of these issues and look at them differently.

The course was an excellent introduction to the fundamentals of project management. The content and facilitator were very engaging and a lot of ground was covered in the allotted time . The final session of the day felt a bit rushed and it seemed as though a lot had to be squeezed into that session. However, once you get into scheduling it's a subject matter that requires some time to talk through!

Sal is a great teacher, I enjoy all the sessions I had with her.
