The course facilitator was excellent, involving everyone into the topic. The use of technology i.e. the jamboards and breakout rooms was exceptional and meant the course ran at a good pace and was interactive

Nicky was an excellent facilitator, lots of energy and obviously very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the topic. Course structure and pace was good nothing felt like it was too long.

I'd heard that pivot tables were useful but knew very little about them but now I see their wide range of uses and how easily they can be produced and how powerful they are in extracting meaning

A really positive and timely session. The attendees were all fully engaged and shared lots of personal feelings and thoughts. Lots of content and information to take away and look at personally. Nick provided many tools to build resilience and emotional intelligence.

The course is great for all learning styles, especially kinetic learners. Although it's online, it doesn't lose the sense of everyone involved and learning together. The use of waiting until everyone has done the task is really useful and appreciates everyone learns at a different pace. I found it a safe space to ask questions when I didn't fully understand or couldn't work it out. Overall, I learned new skills and did so in an inclusive and proactive manner.
