Lots of useful information was presented well, and it helped me understand what I was signing up for.
Leanne was fantastic, engaging and genuine learnt so much and have resources to take back and make immediate impact. I would love to have learnt more - appreciating we were restricted to the 6.5 hours we had. I thought the pace could've been slower towards the end, but perhaps these models were just quicker than the ones at the beginning. I loved it and found it so valuable.
The trainer (Leanne Davies) was absolutely fantastic; very engaging, personable, and knowledgeable. The timings for the day were perfect with just the right amount of activities so that we could really practice and reflect of the benefits of doing them. This was a very immersive day full of trying out activities to liberate structures. I really enjoyed the training and have already recommended that this is taken up by my wider team!

Excellent course. Excellent online resources. I have learnt a lot personally. I acknowledge the power of being heard and the time for reflection. I have learnt a lot of skills that will help my approach to leadership that I hope will help my small team.
