Very good. Well balanced and extremely well presented
I have learnt a lot which I will implement in my future projects
Thought provoking and a great learning curve
I feel that Nick's delivery of the course was well paced and engaging. He was able to make what could be quite a 'boring' topic interesting and had a good balance of learning and time to reflect.
It was a really useful session with a mix of new information and strategies to help with conversations in the future. I really enjoyed it and feel it will help me a lot.
Very well delivered. Clear and understanding. Gave great advice and good strategies to work with going forward.
Very well organised; clear, concise and relatable explanations tied to real life examples
Great course and really well delivered. My only suggestion would be that the 2 days of the training should be closer together as we had a months gap and that was long enough to forget some of the learnings.
