Paul was a very good facilitator - was good at involving everyone. smiley and seems to enjoy his work and really know his stuff. I think these are hard courses to do on line and he managed it very well. Overall it is a long time to spend on a zoom course as don't usually sit down for the whole day at screen and i do wonder whether the pace could be a little quicker.
very interesting lots of things to take away and do with my teams. going to invest in some of the books mentioned. fuse has lots of good information and videos.

Very well structured, packed with content. Think it needs to be a mandatory training course for all in the workplace as its an important aspect of getting along with people and understanding how to empower people to resolve their own problems.
Would have been nice to meet face to face as everything seems to be online and actually having headspace for this type of meeting is important Lots of really good ideas and could to speak to others about their experience Nice mix of individuals
Overall good, breakout rooms were great to get to know everyone in a smaller setting
