I loved this course and found it great for all kinds of reasons. Nicky was warm and welcoming and she engaged us all in the material with good questions and activities. I have come away with a better understanding of what it means to be credible but also a sense of what I need to develop.

Explained things really well, class was really interactive, got through a lot in the time, skills explored were really useful.

I really should have sorted out using 2 screens as strongly recommended.

The tutor was fantastic. She presented items really clearly, spoke at an ideal pace, was amazingly patient and was evidently expert in the subject. I hadn't been sure if doing this session online rather than face to face was going to work that well; but her skill at delivering it ensured it was great.
