I particularly liked the pace of the course and how the facilitator kept us involved throughout the session. It was not a passive method of learning, but rather a very active one. While the facilitator was showing and discussing the slides to us, she asked questions to see whether the message was understood. Furthermore, she gave us, including me, extra time to troubleshoot other issues with MS Teams. Definitely, I recommend it, especially if you are a newbie looking to enhance your knowledge of Teams.
Brilliant course, learned so much and everything was very clear. Facilitator answered all our questions and showed us so many useful tips that will speed up everybody's working practices loads!

Another brilliant course! I'm very pleased to have renewed my acquaintance with Pivot Tables and to have learned about Slicer and Timeline. Can't wait to put what I've learned today into practice and really impress my colleagues. Gill is a great teacher, very patient and knowledgeable, and her enthusiasm for Excel is infectious. 10/10.
