I had a really great two days - I learnt so much, and it was things that will help me both in work as a manager and in my life in general. Thank you!

As a first time manager, I found the course to be really engaging and easy to follow. I was not overwhelmed by any information but instead felt like there were practical options for me to put in place within my role. I really enjoyed the course and will be turning to my notes regularly!

The NI Region are all using Sharepoint so I feel we are pretty competent and happy with our set up.

I really enjoyed the course - I gained more from Day 2 than Day 1. I think more could have been covered in Day 1. I felt that 2 hours lunch break was too long so more could have been covered overall. The trainer was really engaging and interactive, interesting subjects.

Totally met the need for me being on the course. Rachel was brilliant (as always!) and gave time (8 seconds!!) for the reflectors in the group to answer. There was enough time to fit everything in, I have found this with all the Happy courses and respect this as there's nothing worse than rushing at the end or overrunning. I'll be recommending this course to colleagues.
