Sarah does a great job at involving everyone, without making people like they have been put on the spot. She delivered it empathetically given some of us discovered less favourable characteristics of management style.

Nice pace- really informative and helped foster a relationship with the rest of the participants.

It will take a while to get out of ingrained habits and practice these shortcuts but very useful thanks!
