Very good session. I enjoyed the Coach, Coachee and Observer exercise.
This was a great session, I've joined in tasters before and have encouraged colleagues to take part in this session, but this is the first time I've actually done it, as I have suffered from not being assertive at work, especially. It was a safe space to talk and share our experiences.
Really enjoyed todays session. (Breakout rooms was great)
Overall really enjoyed. Can see the practical application of a lot of things. At times it felt hard to translate the more corporate in jargon into something that would work for our charity. At times it was too noisy because of all the groups which made it harder for some of us with disabilities to process information. But overall great.

Enjoyed the session. Felt at times was a little long...And may be a benefit to have same type of need with others that use this for the same roles
