Great Training, Facilitator explained well.

helped me identify where I need to work on coaching - it's not a given and takes practice

Daphne was a great instructor and very patient. They did well to involve the whole class and make sure everyone was ok. They also did well in challenging us to think about when we would use it and make us explain how we did exercises, rather than just telling us.

Thoroughly enjoyable and informative! Made me much more confident as a leader.
