All in all the course is excellent, I would highly recommend to anyone specifically with repetitive tasks. For me personally I'm looking forward to applying this on some live examples that i have.

For me, this was a really good refresher and day of learning more about report writing. Deborah's training encompassed all of the learning styles - visual, audio and experiential. Activities in the breakout rooms enabled me to get to know more people in my organisation, a bit about what they do, and how different departments approach report writing. I liked her pace. She intuitively acknowledged that some parts of the training may not apply to us, as it will be material that we know already, and she encouraged some good feedback from us in the session when it came to the activities.
