I am really enjoying the course, it's good knowledge base for me to implement into my day to day work. Lots of information and learning different management style which I can take back into the workplace and to use in complete my assignments.

The balance between slides , talk and breakout rooms was very good,

Really excellent day - we covered loads. The day was well managed and well paced, do despite the huge amount we covered it wasnt overwhelming

It exceeded my personal objectives today, as was unaware of how much more the system can do! It would have been good to have a little more time to play around with the system whilst being trained, but understand we are all short of time due to workload pressures at the moment.

Great start to the course

It was a very informative day. I found the pace good and enjoyed the practical breakout rooms. Very interesting and useful prework.

I enjoyed the discussion about situation delegation, the swimming scenario given to learners to analyse which leadership style they will adapt and discussing the benefits

Very thought provoking session with high levels of engagement through some really great exercises.
