As time goes by, we are getting more familiar amongst ourselves and discussions became more constructive and useful. I am getting more from the course mainly as sharing experience with other delegates

I found this week very interesting and packed with useful practical things I can build up on and use.

The course today was really good, as it was just the trainer, Daphne and myself, so I had one to one tuition. She covered the training content and more, as I was asking specific questions to my job, which she was more than happy to help with. It was a very good training session.

I thought this self reflective session was very interesting.

It was very fast paced with a lot of information covered. I'm glad we were given the training manual to refer to later, as there isn't much time to pause to make notes as you go along. It was very informative, with several moments where I thought "that way is so much quicker or easier than how I was doing it before".
