A very good course. I found it structured, balanced and informative and felt the trainer, Deborah, orchestrated the whole thing very well.

The facilitator was very nice and friendly. Made me feel welcomed and asked us all what we wanted to learn / gain from the session straight away. He also checked after the session what our thoughts were / key take was. He went as a good pace, spoke clearly and let us interrupt when we had questions. I also really appreciated him letting us have our camera off, so we could have our thinking face on without anyone judging!

Another great day, thoroughly enjoying this course.
