I feel it may have been useful to maybe split the training for those that use only Excel and those that use Google Sheets. I found the facilitator very professional and personable and she was good at paying attention to any questions being put up on the chat.

This was a lot of fun, and extremely useful. I think I've finally lost my fear of mail merge and doing labels! Styles was a revelation too.

A really engaging tutor who was incredibly patient and allowed us to ask questions without fear of being a nuisance! I found that I understood all that was being taught because it was at a good pace, there was pause for thought and it was well communicated.
