I found the course very interesting, the trainer Paul Gapper was excellent in involving each of us, very professional, friendly & patient when we were unsure. Felt very confident of his knowledge & his delivery was really good & I feel confident that I am more prepared to write up some minutes in a meeting.

Sometimes the finance level seemed well below the level of experience in the group and moved along very slowly. Thought this week was better than last and in the interactive pieces i found learning from the others in the cohort very compelling

pace was great, and accommodated individuals' learning needs. the tutor didn't press anyone for answers but encouraged participation. I learned the two things I went in with questions about and a few more tricks and tips as well!
