Such an interactive session it makes you think and keeps you thinking

Absolutely loved the session. Definitely made me more aware of my own behaviours and the need to listen to others and allow sharing of ideas. Gave me some really valuable tools to use with my own team.

A little too fast for me, there is a lot to digest and take away. Also what brief did the trainer have before today, our organisation struggles with change and new initiatives.

This was very thought provoking and I am excited to try some of the liberating structures, I will also download the app! Thank you Henry :)

Definitely worth learning about this and practicing

Excellent training session. Very thought provoking and challenging. For me personally, there was a lot to take in, and I could feel myself getting tired towards the end of the session.

Provided useful mechanisms to deal with both management of a team, as well as ‘upward management’ to senior business personnel

Jo did a great job of soliciting involvement and input. I now feel much better prepared for our 360 Feedback process.

Such an enjoyable workshop

I'm pleasantly surprised with the course and felt that the pace and timing of it were great. I was afraid I would get easily distracted but Christine was very good at keeping people engaged. She was also very patient with everyone, even if it took some of us longer to understand something. I feel like I have learned a good amount that will help me to improve my performance at work, so thank you for that.
