The trainer was very good at explaining each topic and checking that we all understood how to apply the information as we went along. I liked the structure of having a worksheet to work on whilst the trainer was teaching us. This made it easier to understand and apply to a working document.

Having had basic knowledge on Excel, I feel like I have come out of the course with more confidence, this was helped with the level of detail and involvement the instructor taught the session, the course only had 3 candidates this helped have more of a personal session.
