I really appreciated the collective approach of the course, the way Sal incorporated different perspectives/objectives and that the course was focused on practical steps which can help us manage our inboxes and change work culture.

Personally for me, I would have preferred to have received the training in person, at times it was a little too fast paced for me and at times it was difficult to keep abreast with what we were being shown.
