Today's course was very practical and made me reflect on how to integrate everyone into the team and on some strategies to be less biased in the way I work with others and more conscious of bias that might be there that I am not aware of.

Thank-you so much to Paul and our fabulous cohort of NHS clinicians, this course has been so insightful and thought provoking, each session I've came away feeling empowered and have desires to implement new idea's to help me become a better leader. Today was particularly insightful to the importance of the induction process in relation to recruitment and retention which can be a particular issue within the NHS due to the high stress levels and cultures of certain teams.

Overall a well structured course, well delivered. The tools provided were also up-to-date and in optimal conditions, which made following the course and practising on the small interactive tasks even smoother and better.

Gill is a fantastic facilitator. She was prepared to change pace and specificity based on what we said was relevant or already known. Plus she was enthusiastic but honest about what her own experience with the software was.

Gill was flexible based on attendees' previous experience and our needs.
