Excellent training - very well paced - brought everyone in - very patient and explained things well
Excellent facilitator. Her presentation and instructions are well-paced and clear. My second time being instructed by her, and I'd highly recommend any course taught by her.
I ended up having a 1:1 tutorial, which was great as I could move through the session at my own pace.
The Tutor was really friendly and helpful, put everyone at ease. I've come away with an understanding of where and how to store documents and files and where to find them much easier. Also of sharing documents and managing restrictions on them. I would have found it helpful to have some form of manual for backup as I found it hard to write notes on what we covered and keep up as it was quite fast paced. However, the tutor if asked would go back over if asked.
Overall the training met my immediate training needs

Instructor was excellent and catered advice and learning to specific situations
Sal was a great trainer and I really enjoyed her session. I will be booking onto the next level course ASAP and hope Sal is going to be available!
