Ebby is a great course facilitator, very personable and engaging, and very helpful and open. The venue was incredible - very comfortable, bright and uplifting. Great vibe there.

I always find virtual education challenging however Paul has the knack of making the sessions easy comfortable. There is never any pressure which allows me personally to relax into the session as I don't feel judged. The content is really insightful and usable in practice and it does make you reflect and evaluate how to tackle change and challenging situations.

session covered a lot of information, but it was at a good pace that I didn't feel rushed or confused by what we learned. Sal was friendly, and good at making sure everyone was included and involved in the session - I liked how practical and hands on the session was.

I sometimes struggle as I’m not currently managing people

The course is good and I learned a lot. The pre-work materials are enjoyable and were definitely inspiring and eye opening.

I struggle with spending a full day on line I would prefer more frequent smaller sessions top keep momentum going the course content is fantastic and provokes thought and great discussion and shared learning- i need to focus on taking some time to reflect and ensure that this is integrated into practice
