was a good session but I think more breaks as they are long sessions to try and concentrate
The trainer was amazing! We all loved her teaching style, it was perfect. I also think the pace of the session and the timing was ideal.

It was delivered at a good pace, and covered a good range of areas. As it was online it was a good length (not too long and plenty of breaks) so I was able to keep engaged throughout.
