Sal's instructions were easy to follow. I feel my objectives were fully met.

Serena was such and attentive trainer, obviously very experienced in using the software. She was so patient and understanding, and so informative. Her tone, pace and delivery were excellent - really impressed with the quality of the delivery.

Serena is a great trainer. She really knows the system and was able to answer all questions. The pace of her training was perfect. She made us feel very relax. She engaged and supported everyone. She even went beyond and thought us more areas that were not on the list of the training exercise.

If the facilitator could check that the trainees Microsoft spreadsheet mirrors the expanded icons / tools (ribbon) inorder to undertake the action.
