The 12 sessions with Happy have been beneficial and I can definitely see that some methods could be used in the workplace.
Jo was not around and I understand that usually there are 2 facilitators. I can't compare with another session yet but I imagine that two people driving the facilitation makes it easier for each facilitator to support each other and keep the energy levels up. I'm not saying the energy level was low with only one facilitator, it just feels like a big ask to have one person to do the whole day solo.
It was a good day. It would be great to have more practical advice e.g. so you have done the survey or canvas - what do you do next to make sure the results go somewhere?
Plenty of food for thought. Looking forward to discussing the ideas with colleagues.
Facilitator makes the sessions very interactive and it makes the learning experience really good. He is approachable and easy to speak to and makes the learning a lot easier.
I definitely learn't a lot, I still just need to think about how my new skills can translate into my work.
I found this course really helpful and the facilitator explained and taught well - the class participation was a great idea and definitely helped me to remember how the processes work.
Was very good, issues with only having one screen though. Pace didn't suit someone who couldn't see what was going on and not everything was stated as it was worked through which meant easy to not do the right thing and get behind. Ended up not doing the practical follow along in the afternoon but just watching. People need two screens to do this course.
