A thought-provoking course well worth doing.

Structure wise was really good, broken down into bitesize sections which allowed everything to run smoothly and link together really well.

The training was thorough and interactive. Sal delivered the training well, I enjoyed the training.

Facilitator was one of the best I've even seen at involving people, none of that ridiculous 'ooOOoooOO - I'm going to have to start picking on you' nonsense, literally just straight in - calling on people - with the assumption that of course we would want to engage. Adult ego state! It was a great session and I'm looking forward to the next one, really enjoyed meeting all my colleagues too (the Library is so vast I literally only knew one other person on the call). I would really like a session tailored session that drilled specifically into my situation as a manager and team - I understand that would be beyond the scope of a workshop, but maybe that is something Happy could consider as another offering (or already does).

I loved the fact we had practical examples that we could apply, rather than just telling us about leadership styles.
