I'm pleased to be back training with Happy and glad that this course was very useful and facilitated well, even with a smaller group and virtual only. I originally had doubts about how interactive it'd be and if our attention would wane since we're just sitting at a computer all day, but I think the pacing was good and the breaks were definitely in the right places.

great couse and session today

Venue is very nice, appreciate the refreshments and the tasty lunch. All staff are friendly and helpful. I would have preferred a few more exercises around the formulas to reinforce this knowledge.

Really enjoyed the course and the approach - different to many courses that I have been on that are quite boring or that feel like you are being spoken at, rather than involved. Very discussion based which can often feel overwhelming but Paul has a great approach so you feel comfortable and it feels easy.

It was a fun environment with very good facilities.
