This was a useful reminder as to managing projects, the role and processes.
It could have done to have been a full-day course, it felt a bit like a whistle-stop tour of the subject. The facilitator was knowledgeable and friendly and some of the material definitely made me think differently about approaching negotiations. The admin wasn't fantastic, with a message to make sure we'd done our pre-course work (there wasn't any).

I already had experience building reports and basic data cleaning in Power BI and I am an advanced excel user particularly for creating formulas. My purpose for this training was to learn best practice in Power BI and become comfortable with doing all types of tasks in Power BI and not have a dependency on Excel. This training has achieved that, previously I could just visualising data deposits. Now I can: build more dynamic fully functional reports, create and clean data from various sources, build basic to intermediate DAX and M expressions, troubleshoot my own issues, share the results with the right people in the right way.
I still have a lot to learn, as the facilitator advised I should have done the beginners course first

Validation for what I am doing - not much new, but structure and rationale. In new role it is about facilitating others to coach rather than just continuing to coach myself
