I found the course informative & interesting. There was good interaction between the attendees and the Facilitator (Rachael W) The course was run very well and had sufficient breaks and discussions, to keep it interesting.

I loved the fact we had practical examples that we could apply, rather than just telling us about leadership styles.
Rachael did a brilliant job of listening to our requirements and tailoring the course content to fit our needs. Perfect balance of 'here are the methodologies and tools' and 'how might you want to use them at RB'. She engaged participants throughout which is a big ask on Zoom over 2 days and got lots of participation.
Really excellent course that I found engaging and valuable - thank you. Daljeet made it very interactive and tailored the discussion to our individual needs and scenarios. He had great energy and a positive attitude.
