This course has helped me to understand what my manager style is and how I can use that to be effective and be a better manager as well. I really enjoyed the coaching part of the day and would like to find out more about this now and see how i can use it in my role as a manager.

Ebe was fantastic, so helpful throughout. I really enjoyed the style of teaching and if anyone was confused we took the time to go through it together, which was helpful. Ebe asking questions aided my learning as I picked up on some things that I had missed or could do better.
