A lot to take in today but found very beneficial.

A helpful, informative (if a little tiring) day

Venue was lovely! Everyone was nice and friendly, offering free refreshments, manuals and USBs which was very kind. Ice cream showed me that they were truly happy!

I really enjoyed the pace of the course, it was well structured and we had time to understand the work. We had a big practical element to this session which was really helpful and made the tasks more memorable. All participants had a turn to share what they learnt and lead explanations of certain tasks.

My skills level/knowledge was way below that of my colleagues, in hindsight I should have attended level one. Despite this, Daphne took great time and care to check I was learning and able to participate and I came away with lots more knowledge.

The course was well structured today and I really liked the mix of videos & group work.

Suzy is a lovely human, definitely happy (!!) and has a lovely, calming, patient way about her. A thoroughly enjoyable day!
