Very informative and filled in gaps in my knowledge

Structure absolutely fine, only 4 stars because I feel like could have gone at a quicker pace, though appreciate thats not practical in groups.

This was a great training session as it was well-paced and interactive, allowing us to try out elements of what we had been learning all day. Everyone could ask about what was important to them or the objectives they had set. It's great we get a manual and access to the training for two years.

Today was a world apart from the last sessions. I really enjoyed it.

Nicky was excellent and the course was far more engaging than I expected. Well paced and time flew!

I'd love to see more interactive work in the pre-work sessions. My concern is if we are not actively learning how to incorporate what we are learning into our working lives how will we ultimately benefit
