Excellent course as always - great to have it tailored around a set of sessions we are having to run - really great to have time as a team and realise what a fabulous team we are and that we can use these tools today in practice to get the best out of our sessions and ultimately all our amazing volunteers - thank you So much Paul
Always pleased to join a session with Paul who makes sure that it is tailored to what you need rather than running through a set of prepared slides. Excellent opportunity for our team to refresh our active listening skills, negotiating skills and to come up with a plan for our forthcoming work that we expect will be challenging. The course is fast-paced but the instructor takes the time to make sure everyone is on the same page
I could have gone at a faster pace some times it seemed slow however, some others on the course seemed to need the course at the pace set so can understand why it was not as fast as I would have liked.
Enjoyed it, very informative and useful info given it was based on where other apprentices lost marks.
