Delgation framework - difficult to practice
Very good course which was well run and enjoyable.
Had some technical issues, apart from that all went well.
Excellent session overall and lots to think about.

I was wary of joining thinking I had most of the knowledge covered, however, I found this to be incredibly helpful in both sharing knowledge and helpful tips and building confidence. I'm hoping to continue to Level 3! I also appreciate linking between Sheets and Excel.
The trainer was EXCELLENT. Highly recommended and a fantastic representative for 'happy'!
Excellent training session! It was really well delivered, offered plenty of content and also time to practice using what we'd learnt. Perhaps at times I'd have liked longer to play around but that may not have suited everybody! Lots of really practical advice and skills learned.
Problems with the technology made it hard to concentrate but overall today was good. I particularly enjoyed the section about the 'Project Management Cycle'.
