This was a very enjoyable and laid-back course. The facilitator was very engaging and friendly, and encouraging. It was good to start off with doing a presentation on the first day, not having much idea how to do it, and to work up to delivering it on the second day in a hopefully more polished form

The training instructor was very active, very engaging and very confident in his approach to giving the training. Edmund was full of energy, and having not slept much and travelled over 200 miles to get to the training I didn't once feel tired and unengaged. It was a really good day and before it ended we had already spoken to our HR manager about getting some more training organised through Happy.
