really supportive trainer, Gill was approachable and didn't make you feel daft when asking questions. Useful course and information was delivered at a good pace with no padding.

Gill is an engaging and skilled trainer and with my low level knowledge explained things clearly and by sharing screen and getting me to practice it helped me to embed the learning. It was quite a steep learning curve for me and I did not expect to find it so enjoyable. As I have not done an IT course for many years I will also benefit from the valuable manuals and post training support which Gill offered. My 4 star score around pace is only because sometimes the pace around demonstrating through screen sharing was a bit fast for me but this was maybe because course level was too high for me.

Personally I felt the course was slow moving at the beginning - subsequent sessions got better and better. Todays session of extremely high value, possibly as group smaller, felt more involved and possibly as felt I had got to know other delegates - the early sessions were large and had different attendees
