I thought this self reflective session was very interesting.

It was very fast paced with a lot of information covered. I'm glad we were given the training manual to refer to later, as there isn't much time to pause to make notes as you go along. It was very informative, with several moments where I thought "that way is so much quicker or easier than how I was doing it before".

Christine was very professional, friendly, helpful and explained everything clearly and will recommend to my work colleagues
