This was a great training session as it was well-paced and interactive, allowing us to try out elements of what we had been learning all day. Everyone could ask about what was important to them or the objectives they had set. It's great we get a manual and access to the training for two years.
Genuinely fantastic, one of the best training courses I have done. Serena was incredibly knowledgeable and the group size made it incredibly personalised. I have some experience so was a bit worried it would be too basic but I learnt so much.
Found the course really useful, I really liked the interactivity and the option to do things at your own pace as well.
