Great course, my role is very reactive so unable to incorporate many of the ideas but gave me a greater understanding of how my colleagues manage their workload
Really enjoyed the course Company will need to help make the change!
Overall, a good course. Perhaps too many models and tools. The pre course instructions for Gallup should be clearer
Would like to discuss continuous improvement in more detail as it is aimed at LSS, I thought there would be more discussion on change cycles. It also mentioned we would move around, we sat in the workshop room all day.
Thank you for a wonderful site visit! A thought provoking day.
This was a great session with plenty of interactive breakout sessions
