I think the training was somewhat condensed and felt a little rushed. Also, being at 9am after a late night for many I think a few of the attendees were somewhat sluggish and therefore the facilitators did a good job in motivating the crowd.

Ben was a great instructor and knew how to talk about the sections very well. The training greatly improved my perception of what being a manager means. I am sure I will be more prepared after this session.
